I purchased a fleece throw for my sister who is suffering from Alzheimer's. She lives far from most of the family and I am going to go see her but wanted to take something with my that she could look at and see her entire family all the time. So I chose the throw and went on my own emotional journey to pick out the older pictures that I was sure she would recall. When the blanket arrived and I laid it out, I was over come with so much emotion myself just looking at it. I sent pictures to my two nieces and they must loved it. Adding the pictures using your cell I find recommend if you can use a computer I think it would have been better for me. There were a couple of things that I didn't understand. After uploading pictures, some of the spaces where there should have been a picture were blank and I didn't understand what that meant. So I started over serval times, mostly because of my own errors. I only wished I had chosen more pictures so that there weren't double and triple of some of them. But I am very happy with how it came out and I am sure my sister and brother in law will be as well. I was very happy with the communication I had with customer service. To be totally honest I never realized that they were in London and that was where the blanket would be coming from. That worried me at first as my trip to see my sister is next month. But the blanket was delivered so quickly I was very surprised. Bags of Love USA you and your product go above and beyond I think anyone can expect. Besides your company allows for so many more pictures than any of the other places I researched. The price was very reasonable for the work that goes into making the blanket. I fully intend on buying more items from your company. I am so very happy with the blanket and your service. Thank you
