FEA and other Perfume Bottle Neck Standards

Hey Guys!

I&#;m trying to understand the meaning of FEA15 and FEA18 in terms of bottle neck sizes and spray pumps. Does this simply refer to the diameter of the bottle neck being 15mm and 18mm respectively?

I&#;ve been researching everywhere for some size guidelines, to no avail. The closest I came is a standard published by the FEA (European Aerosol Federation) numbered and that costs sixty-something euros to download - I&#;m not even sure it&#;ll answer my questions, so I thought I&#;d ask here first before investing.
