Advantages

The advantage of a vibration finish on stainless steel is that it reflects less light, lending a calm and elegant impression. While it is generally said that scratches are less noticeable with this finish, the stainless steel vibration finish sold in general markets has a shallow polish and is as prone to scratches as stainless steel hairline finishes. Demerits

The primary disadvantage is its susceptibility to hand stains. This factor is crucial, especially for areas frequently touched by hands. Increasingly, hand stain prevention measures are taken before handing the product over to the owner. If not, the owner might touch the product, causing hand stains to become apparent. Is it possible to finish stainless steel with a rough surface, such as hot-rolled steel No.1 and HOT-type steel?

We often get asked this, and the answer is yes. It's possible to apply a vibration finish to stainless steel even if the hot material's surface is uneven. The surface is smoothed by grinding, forming the base material suitable for a beautiful vibratory finish. This finish can also be applied to long shapes (up to 8 meters), such as steel shapes, round and square pipes, and flat bars. Is it possible to finish shaped objects or laser cut shapes?

This is another common question. It is indeed possible to finish laser cut stainless steel, whether cold-rolled or hot-rolled materials.
