Vinyl Coated Welded Wire Fencing

Vinyl coated (VC) welded wire fencing and mesh is both durable and aesthetically pleasing. Galvanized welded wire mesh is coated with a thick layer of PVC that is heat-treated to bond to the wire. The coating is flexible and will not break when the wire is bent.

It is stable over a wide range of temperatures and maintains its qualities in extreme high and low temperatures. The vinyl contains UV inhibitors that retard degradation in sunlight. The coating is also very resistant to scratching and abrasion.

Vinyl coated welded wire mesh and fencing, sometimes called plastic coated wire products, are very strong and durable. They are durable and rust resistant. They have double protection. Not only does the vinyl coating seal the wire from water and other corrosive elements, but the underlying mesh is also protected by a zinc coating.
