High-efficient Preform Supply System
Our fully-automatic preform-unscrambled and preform-loading structure not only achieves faster and more efficient preform handling but also enhances the overall stability of machine operation. Servo Mold-Clamping System
The mold-clamping system is powered by a servo motor and mechanical connecting rods. Servo Stretching System
The gear rack is driven by a servo motor, ensuring double security from photoelectric and mechanical limits. The stretching rods protect the bottom mold, while pre-blowing and 2nd blowing cycles can be adjusted individually through the HMI. The stretching rods are flexible and adjust automatically.
HMI Operation System
