The pressure safety valve test calibrate bench is an offline safety valve testing, verification and calibration machine automatically controlled by PLC module or computer.
The PSV test bench can carry out both pneumatic test and hydraulic test, so as to verify and calibrate the setting pressure, reseating pressure, tightness for diverse safety valves.
The safety valve test bench comes with double hydraulic clamping jigs that can clamp and release safety valves automatically during valve testing. In addition, the safety valve test machine is also equipped with adapters of various specifications. When installing your safety valve on the hydraulic clamping jig, you only need to select an adapter of appropriate specification to easily seal and fix the safety valve, no matter of flange type PSV or thread type PSV. Moreover, the inbuilt test program makes it easy to set test parameters, display test data and test results. We supply two versions for you to choose from: PLC controlled semi-automatic safety valve test bench and computer controlled automatic valve test bench.
